Disclaimer
We strongly advise that anyone purchasing products from our site seek proper training in the use of the equipment. Big Water cannot be held responsible for the misuse of any equipment in any way. For training needs visit the "On Water Safety and Rescue Training" section of this website.
Big Water recommends contacting you local police if you intend to carry on you any of the knives sold by us.
Payment
Big Water requires payment in full for all orders before goods will be sent. Payment can be in cash, cheque (funds need to be cleared prior to goods being sent), Paypal payments or direct payments into the nominated Big Water bank account, other payment options can be requested but at the discretion of Big Water.
Warranty
All goods sold for use in a commercial application have a two month warranty. All other recreational goods carry a 12 month warranty. In some cases warranty claims will require the customer to pay for overseas postage. Zips on products are ot covered under any warranty.

Stock quantities on this website are an approximate guide to the actual quantity held on hand. For specific numbers email us directly.
Product Descriptions and Pricing
Prices and colours of products may change at any time and with out notice.
Trade Pricing
Trade purchases at the discounted rate must be paid with direct debit. If you need to pay with a credit card then this will incur a 4% increase to assist with additional charges and fees.
Delivery of Goods
The majority of orders will be sent to customers via Australia Post. Unless requested all orders will be sent via normal post with no tracking or insurance. If an order has not been received by a customer proof of mailing by a reciept with the customers area code can be provided as proof of dispatch by Big Water. If the delivery doesn't arrive to the customer when no insurance or tracking was requested then Big Water assumes no responsibility for the lost items.
