Postage and Handling Rates

Kayaks:
Most kayaks can be delivered anywhere for about $150.00.  For all exact kayak delivery charges contact Big Water directly. 

All other items:
$7.00 Postage and Handling for orders under $50.00
$12.00 Postage and Handling for orders over $50 but under $150.00
$15.00 Postage and Handling for orders over $150.00 but under $400.00
$25.00 Postage and Handling for orders over $400.00 but under $700.00
For ordeers over $700 contact Big Water directly

For all commercial Cairns and Tully River guides there is no charge for deliveries to Cairns Head Office for orders over $50.00. Otherwise see rates above.

Returns Policy
All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. All goods returned must be in original condition and have original invoice. Goods returned must have a legitimate reason for being returned a change of mind will not suffice. There may be up to a 15% restocking fee on returned orders, dependent on the specific order and our discretion. Postage will be at the consumer's expense. The refund will be given as a credit with Big Water that must be used within three months of the goods being returned. There will be no refunds given on special orders.
